Terms and Conditions of Payment:

1) Payment of all fees must be made no later than 14 days prior to the start of Training session, unless agreed by Tamar Valley Training. 

1a) If a company requests to pay via a purchase order/invoice system this needs to be agreed with Tamar Valley Training prior to booking confirmation, Tamar Valley Training reserves the right to retain the certificate until full payment has been received .

Please note that Tamar Valley Training reserves the right, as a result of non-payment by the customer prior to commencement, to cancel the confirmation and offer the date elsewhere. 

2) If there is any reason you need to cancel a booking it is imperative you obtain a cancellation number from us, 

3) For any cancellation of a confirmed booking by a customer 14 days or more prior to start date, an admin charge of 25% of the fee will be incurred. 

4) For any cancellation within the 14 days of the Training date by a customer, 100% of the fee will be payable. 

5) In the event Tamar Valley Training cancels the Training session date, every attempt will be made to offer an alternative date, or a full refund will be awarded.
